"Severance" New Season and Our Own Workplace Dystopias

I love the TV show Severance - it’s a cutting parody of some of the inhuman ways we work, whose waffle party rewards and cringy ice breakers ring with more than a little true with our office lives. The new season is premiering this Friday so I wrote this piece for Psychology Today what this a farcical TV show has to teach us about our modern workplaces.
